Many perfumes are born in France — but Etat Libre d’Orange is uniquely Parisian. How can we celebrate this glorious association?
We send creative director and founder Etienne de Swardt out into the City of Lights in search of its essence. At daybreak, he pedals through the ancient streets with a cartload of perfumes — beautiful potions, born in Paris, but not yet complete. He visits some famed monuments — the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Pont des Arts with its love locks — and he extracts some of their glorious juices, to give these perfumes the essence of Paris. Monuments are awe-inspiring, enduring, exceptional. So is Etat Libre d’Orange, the Parisian perfume. Monumental Fragrances — with a drop of Paris in every bottle.
